Turnover time depends on the size of the property and the extent of cleaning required. Most apartments and smaller cottages can be turned over in 2–4 hours. We work with your booking calendar to schedule turnovers as soon as checkout is confirmed.
Same-day turnovers are available depending on scheduling. Advance notice helps — we recommend booking recurring turnover slots rather than requesting same-day on short notice, particularly in peak season when the calendar fills quickly.
Yes. If you maintain a supply of consumables at the property (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.), we restock per your checklist during each turnover. We can also manage a supply inventory for your property — ask about our janitorial supply management.
Linen laundering can be arranged as part of the turnover service for properties without in-suite laundry. Discuss your linen setup when booking — we'll work out what makes sense for your property.
