Our Commitment

2371903 Ontario Corp (operating as Binx Professional Cleaning) is committed to providing an accessible website and services to all people, including those with disabilities. We are working toward compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 Level AA.

Current Status

Our website has been designed with the following accessibility features:

• Semantic HTML structure with appropriate heading hierarchy
• Skip navigation link at the top of every page
• All interactive elements are keyboard accessible
• Focus indicators are visible on all interactive elements
• Images include descriptive alt text
• Color contrast meets WCAG 2.0 AA requirements
• Page language is declared in the HTML attribute
• Forms have properly associated labels
• ARIA labels are used where native HTML semantics are insufficient
• Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query

AODA Compliance

As an organization with 70+ employees in Ontario, Binx is subject to AODA requirements including:

• Customer service accessibility standard — in compliance
• Information and communications standard — in progress
• Employment standard — in compliance
• WCAG 2.0 Level AA for websites — in progress; target compliance date December 31, 2026

Known Limitations

We are actively working to address the following areas:

• Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible — we are working to remediate these
• Some embedded content from third-party services (maps, social widgets) may have accessibility limitations outside our control
