$5 Million Liability Insurance

Every Binx job is covered by $5 million in commercial general liability insurance. If something is damaged during a clean, you're protected. Certificates of insurance are available on request — no need to take our word for it.

This is not a small policy. $5M is more than most cleaning companies carry, and it's appropriate for the facilities we service, including commercial buildings and healthcare environments.

Workers' Safety

WSIB Coverage on Every Team

All Binx employees are covered by WSIB (Workplace Safety and Insurance Board). If a team member is injured at your property, WSIB handles the claim — not your insurance, not your liability.

Many cleaning companies use independent contractors to avoid WSIB premiums. We don't. Our staff are employees, properly covered, on every job.

Accountability

Quality Audit System

Every Binx clean is subject to our Quality Audit — a documented post-service inspection checklist. The clean is checked against a written scope. You can request your audit report at any time.

This exists because "we did a great job" is not documentation. If you've ever had a cleaning company fail an inspection or miss something they were supposed to do, you understand why written verification matters.

Healthcare Standard

IPAC Canada Protocol

For dental clinics, medical offices, and health units, Binx follows IPAC Canada infection prevention and control standards. This means approved disinfectants, proper PPE, written protocols, and documented cleaning — designed to prevent healthcare-associated infections.

This is an uncontested specialty in both North Bay and Sudbury. No other cleaning company in our markets has a documented focus on IPAC protocols for healthcare facility cleaning.

Binx is a registered partner with Cleaning for a Reason — a non-profit that provides free home cleaning to women undergoing cancer treatment. Since 2013, we've contributed cleanings through this program.
