Supporting Newcomers to Canada
Northern Ontario welcomes newcomers, and so does Binx. We regularly work with newcomers to Canada who are building their Canadian work history, improving their language skills in a practical setting, and pursuing permanent residency pathways.
We provide training in both English and French where possible, and supervisors are aware of the additional adjustment challenges newcomers may face. We issue employment letters, T4s, and reference letters that can support immigration and residency applications.
