Takes system capacity, regional irradiance, days since cleaning, soil class, climate zone, electricity price, cleaning visit cost, tap water TDS, and panel height as inputs and returns current loss percentage, daily dollar loss, optimal cleaning interval, annual recovered yield, and recommended WFP hardware (pole length, DI cartridge size, RO pre-stage trigger). 31-page working paper covers soiling physics, IEC 61724-1 performance monitoring, DI resin chemistry, PV geometry to pole-length mapping, OSHA/CSA fall-protection analysis, and Northern Ontario climate adjustments.
